Survivors matter. Truth matters. Survivor Voices matter. Hope matters
Your voice, your journey.
Welcome to Survivor Voices, a safe space dedicated to empowering survivors of abuse and exploitation through the sharing of my own experience and insights, through shared knowledge and shared journeys.
By sharing my own story and insights I hope to reach others and enable change. My journey to healing and advocacy has begun, this is a space where survivors can read, contribute and add to the mission of giving survivors a Voice. I am committed to fostering a community of strength and understanding. Join me as we navigate paths to recovery and reclaim our stories.
Rural communities are environments where grooming and abuse happens as well as in the cities. In all regions and in all communities. Failures in protection impact us all. Survivors matter. Your voice matters. Truth matters.
I'm grateful to have you as part of this movement.
My own story is that of a survivor of grooming rings, abuse and exploitation in the picturesque Scottish Borders over decades. My own story is my experience, my survival and my recovery. My truth and my reconnection. My voice, silenced and found.

Our story
Survivors Voice began with a deeply personal idea, fuelled by my own experiences and a profound desire to help others. As a new advocacy project, we pour personal attention and unwavering dedication into every aspect of our work. Our foundation is built on honesty and integrity, ensuring that every action reflects our commitment to empowering survivors and sharing their truths. We aim to share blogs about abuse and exploitation, recovery, and to sell books and materials, offer in person and online talks, and build a community; creating a comprehensive platform for awareness, insight, education, advocacy, healing and growth.
Sharing our journeys, finding strength
We are dedicated to providing adaptable and excellent support in every aspect of our service. Our aim is to foster a community where stories are shared, and every survivor finds their voice. Explore what we offer and how we can support your journey.
